What is this blog?

This blog is created by the students in ENG 277: Studies in the Graphic Novel at the University at Maine at Farmington. In addition to the assigned readings in class, each student has picked a graphic novel for their semester-long research project. Throughout the semester, students will post their first impressions of the graphic novel, a textual analysis, an investigation of the graphic novel's historical and cultural context, a short video, and finally a reflection on their project.
